What is Two Brooks?
Two Brooks is an alcoholic sparkling water or hard seltzer. Our hard seltzers masterfully blend alcohol, pure sparkling water and natural fruit flavours.
What is a hard seltzer?
Typically, hard seltzers are a type of highball drink, containing seltzer (alcoholic sparkling water), alcohol and fruit flavourings. The alcohol by volume is around 4% and the calorie content is relatively low
Why are they called hard seltzers?
The word “hard” refers to the fact that alcohol has been added to the mixture, whereas “seltzer” is most commonly used in the United States as a designation for sparkling water. In the U.K. they may also be referred to as “alcoholic sparkling water”.
What type of alcohol does Two Brooks contain?
We use a fermented fruit spirit as a base for all our drinks. This spirit base is made from British apples, resulting in a premium, clear & naturally slightly sweet spirit base (which is why you hardly taste it – goodbye burning throat sensation!)
Where can I buy it?
Two Brooks is available to buy from our website via www.twobrooks.co.uk, as well as on Amazon, Gorillas, NISA stores and convenience stores across London. We are working hard on bringing Two Brooks to a supermarket next to you so keep an eye out for us.
Are hard seltzers gluten free?
We are and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Our full range of refreshing hard seltzers are certified gluten free.
Does Two Brooks contain allergens?
No, our hard seltzers do not contain any known allergens and have been independently tested by a certified body in the U.K.
Who drinks hard seltzers?
Anyone! Wether you’re looking for a light tipple or to liven up your gin, our hard seltzers are perfect for any occasion. Drink straight from the can or mix in your favourite cocktail, the choice is yours!
Is it suitable for vegetarians and vegan friendly?
Yes, we’re 100% vegan.
Is hard seltzer like beer?
Not quite! Our hard seltzers are made from a pure fruit ferment whereas beers are brewed and fermented from starches. Our resulting liquid is clear and transparent whereas beer is golden and possibly cloudy.
Where do the calories come from?
From the water. Kidding – the calories come predominantly from the fruit spirit that give our sparkling waters their kick.
Does it contain any sweeteners?
We pride ourselves on using no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or added sugars. The sweetness comes from the naturally occurring sugars from the fermented fruit spirit base that we use.
Does it contain Caffeine?
Nope.
Will a hard seltzer freeze?
Please refrain from freezing the cans as this causes the carbonation to expand and can break the can. 100% best enjoyed chilled or over ice.
What is Two Brooks’ Shelf Life?
Stored in a cool, dry place, Two Brooks hard seltzers will stay fresh for 18 months. Once opened, consume immediately. Please keep away from direct sunlight or sources of heat in order to avoid altering the freshness of the liquid.
Do hard seltzers expire?
Generally speaking, hard seltzers will have a shelf life between 12 to 18 months. To ensure that your hard seltzers haven’t expired, please refer to the base of the can where the expiration date will be tattooed in black ink under the format “BBE”, “Before Before” or a similar combination.
Once the expiry date has been reached, your seltzer’s taste profile will start to shed. This is because of the natural ingredients contained in hard seltzers, unlike artificial ones which are designed to last much longer.
However, according to StillTasty, properly stored and unopened hard seltzers will generally stay at best quality for about 9 months after the date on the package when stored in the fridge and will usually remain safe to drink after that.
How many flavours of Two Brooks hard seltzers are there?

Which hard seltzer has the least calories?
Two Brooks hard seltzers are low in calories and contain less than 69 calories per serving for Lime Cooler and 74 calories per serving for Passion Star and Mango Hi-Ball.
How many cans come in a pack?

Is your packaging recyclable and what is your sustainability policy?
